Jim Hitch 2025 Itinerary
Welcome to the 54th Annual Jim Hitch Junior Memorial Golf Tournament!
Thursday:
Practice Rounds & Early Registration – Please stop at Registration to pick up your tournament package.
Hamburgers & Hot Dogs Ordered from the Club House for Lunch
3:30 – Family Scramble – you will need to sign up when you register if you would like to play
6:00 – Pizza at the Clubhouse
Friday – Tournament Play – Tee Times Begin 8:00 am
If you did not register at the registration tent on Thursday – please do this morning before play.
Check your email from South Central PGA or their website for assigned tee times
Friday Lunch will be provided at the turn
Long Drive Contest will begin after Tournament Play on Hole #1
6:30 – Dinner at the First Christian Church Disciples Center donated by Hunny’s
– 802 N Quinn** this location is different than the past years. Awards for Long Drive Competition & Scramble.
Saturday – Tournament Play 8:00 am
Lunch provided at the turn – Sub Sandwiches
Little Jim’s Awards will be given after they conclude tournament play 11 & under
Awards for all ages divisions 12 & over will begin concluding Tournament Play
**AFTER EACH ROUND – YOUR GROUP WILL GO DIRECTLY TO THE SCORER’S TABLE**
**There will be drink/snack stations on Hole #3 & 7 Front and Hole #13 & #15 Back
THE PLAYERS ENTIRE FAMILY IS INVITED TO EAT ALL MEALS THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND-SNACKS, BEVERAGES & ICE CREAM ALSO!
