53nd Annual Jim Hitch Memorial Golf Championship

2024 INFORMATION

Thursday May 30– Registration begins at 10:00. Free practice round for all participants. At 2:30 we will have an optional 9-hole scramble for tournament participants. There will be four flights by age group (Sr Boys, Girls, Jr Boys and Little Jims) and prizes will be awarded for each age group. Previously parents have played in this event but with the increase in participation we are not sure if parents can play until entries are complete onsite. Following the activities, we will serve dinner for all participants and their family at the golf course.

Thursday May 30– First round of completion. Tee Times starting at 9:00 and Sr. Boys will lead off at #1 followed by girls Division and then Jr. Boys Division. Little Jims will start at 9:00 on # 10 and play 9 holes. Following play, the Drive Chip and Putt competition will take place stating approximately 3:00, check in at the registration table. Following Drive Chip and Putt there will be a long drive contest for all participants. Prizes will be awarded by age group. After Long Drive dinner will be served for players and family.

Saturday June 1, 2024 – Second round of competition. Tee Times starting at 9:00. Lunch will be served to participants and family.

• LOCATION: Sunset Hills Golf Course Guymon, Oklahoma
• Players can have caddies including a parent. One caddy per player. The Caddy can use a golf cart and carry the clubsbut the Player cannot sit in, ride in or lean on the golf cart in any way.
